Sorrow: Madonna Of The Rocks

I had gone down to Big Sur and did a little of what Ansel Adams suggests and went off of the trail to get a few studies of some rocks and actually found the round rock in the foreground and painted that.

The Bixby Bridge is outta view in the middle ground. The final hills in the distance are looking down the coast. I combine up and down the coast views to create my own version of Arcadia.
